Are there times the “G” in GPS stands for God?

Shayne and Shelly Peterson were an unlikely couple to do anything radical. They were empty nesters in their mid-50s who spent years building a business, home and life in Arizona, and raising four daughters. Now the children were gone, and life was good. They had nine grandkids, lifelong friends, and, according to Shelly, “the comfort of a family and home we’d spent years building.” They attended birthday celebrations, soccer games and dance recitals. They enjoyed “Sunday dinners, messy art projects, and bedtime giggles when babysitting the grandkids.”

So why on earth would they sell all their possessions and give up this lifestyle in exchange for “two suitcases, a backpack, one-way tickets to Bali, and a dream we couldn’t fully explain”? Were they nuts? Who in their right minds would do such a thing?
