God does not need to be saved; we do.


It seems natural that a movement to provide better home care for aging parents would be inspired by a preacher. This pastor came up with an idea that evolved into the concept of a “granny pod” — a small home, sometimes called a MEDCottage, equipped with the latest in medical technology. This links to David’s desire to build a house for God, but God will not be sheltered or indebted to David. God puts the kibosh on David’s house plans.
