This leads us to a review of the greatest history-altering action of all — when Jesus of Nazareth was crucified — had he committed a capital crime? — in a remote region of the Roman Empire almost 2,000 years ago. His executioners could not have dreamed that what they did would have such unbelievably powerful and earth-shattering results.
