What with GPS, and every square inch of the planet plotted and mapped, you'd think that, if you live in a "first-world" country, that your domicile would have an address. But not if you live in some parts of rural West Virginia. This leads to wondering whether the ancient prophet Jeremiah knew how to get to a specific address to which the Lord had sent him.
