Awash in cultural narcissism, it’s hard not to get caught up in the it's-all-about-me mentality. The apostle Peter gets a chance to set the record straight and gives us a glimpse of who it’s all about.

This Brady Bunch rant is a sentiment that surfaces frequently in relationship squabbles between siblings or sweethearts. "It's all about you, isn't it?" complain the chattering classes when there's nothing important or meaningful to say that might really help the discussion.

But the phrase has recently acquired a more positive spin. United BMW of Duluth, Georgia, says in its print ads, "It's all about you." Day-Timer's Online store proclaims, "It's all about you." So does the Dietary Guidelines Alliance, urging you to "make healthy choices that fit your lifestyle" - as long as that lifestyle includes eating beef.
