Divine Compassion

Jesus had compassion on others, and his compassion set them free.


Ministers are compassionate people. They are also highly stressed, and many are forced to visit a cardiac unit for treatment. The compassionate become objects of compassion. Jesus had a heart for people. He taught us that when we show compassion on others, it is not really compassion unless it is linked to addressing their needs and setting them free.

It is not surprising that pastors and ministers are generally compassionate people. Makes sense.
