If you’re a government official, an angry protest mob can be a real pain in the neck. So you respond by being a pain in the ear.

Just over one year ago today (August 2005), the oft-troubled Gaza Strip was the object of international news again. The Israeli Parliament passed an initiative that removed all Jewish settlers from the area of land that brought political and violent clashes with neighboring Palestine. As was expected, those Israelis living in settlements in Gaza were reluctant to leave, pushing the Israeli government to consider strange methods in order to reinforce their policy.

How about screaming?

Now when you think about the classic shrill, ear-piercing scream, you might think about a bad horror movie where a monster descends upon the helpless and unsuspecting college coed.
